After Quite the November, Back Among the Living....Pretty Much....

Just got done navigating Covid 19 over the Thanksgiving holiday (caught it the Monday before, near as I can figure, tested positive the day after Thanksgiving, and was on a pretty intense protocol from my Naturopath since then, which included four rounds of Ozone injections, Vitamin C IV's, Steroids, and medical grade hydrogen peroxide. Not fun, but it sure beat the crap out of the Covid!  Fast!  Just over a week!

Result?  This morning I'm at about 98% clean bill of health with only 1 symptom still remaining (and very minor) - a bit of shortness of breath.  Doc says that's my lungs healing up from the Covid damage.  He also said I won a great prize:  Immunity for life!  I'll take it, as I won't EVER allow my body to be jabbed with that poison.

Beyond that, I was T-Boned the morning before Thanksgiving by an ICE employee who figured my blinking yellow light at the intersection meant 'stop' and her blinking red light meant 'proceed with caution.   She was doing about 30, and the police said I was not getting cited (why would I?) and then they took off to deal with the USG employee.  Told me to have a nice day after I was given the incident number and that the report would be available sometime in the next week.

Kinda funny in that she hit me so hard my door, and driver's side passenger door could not be opened, so I had to crawl out the passenger's side.  We exchanged 'are you alright?' greetings, and then she said, "DIDN'T YOU SEE YOUR BLINKING LIGHT?"   I answered, standing under the lights, "Yes, I did...mine is YELLOW; yours is RED, which means you are supposed to stop."

Instant deer in the headlights look with an 'oh, shit!' to underscore her assumptions were wrong.

So, car's finall in the shop.  I was protected well by both God and my car, which is built like a tank.  I found it interesting that not a single window was cracked or broken.  Both the rear and driver's window operate to the point the steel was pushed in.

Anyway, I had something to be thankful for, in a big way, this Thanksgiving.

Hopefully I will be back to regular posting soon; I know our time is short based on the soviet style edicts and suggestions coming out of our former national capitol.

I trust and pray you had a great Thanksgiving and are healthy.

  1. Welcome back to the Land of the Living. Glad to hear you are okay - we wondered where you had got yourself to. You were lucky indeed to walk away from a vehicle crash like that.

I hope Covid stays a long way from you and your family.
