Denninger Nails Two Right Down to the Wood...

 Here and here.

Key Graf from An Admission to the Lie

Amid the dire Covid warnings, one crucial fact has been largely ignored: Cases are down 77% over the past six weeks. If a medication slashed cases by 77%, we’d call it a miracle pill. Why is the number of cases plummeting much faster than experts predicted?

In large part because natural immunity from prior infection is far more common than can be measured by testing. Testing has been capturing only from 10% to 25% of infections, depending on when during the pandemic someone got the virus. Applying a time-weighted case capture average of 1 in 6.5 to the cumulative 28 million confirmed cases would mean about 55% of Americans have natural immunity.

It's actually higher because as we know existing coronaviruses give some measure of protection.  This means we reached the magic 66% somewhere, and right now they're jabbing arms -- but doing so indiscriminately including people on which the shot is wasted as they already had the disease.

Key Graf from 2012-02-18 GloBULL Freezing Stupidity

The utter insanity of the so-called "woke" and "green" crowd is why, in no small part, there are widespread power and natural gas shortages.  This is not being discussed but we took what was a very reliable system and moved the radius of failure from the fence around the facility to a radius of a hundred miles or more.

It's not like there will ever be an ice storm or similar that knocks down power lines or freezes windmills and solar panels, right?

And don't run any bull**** about them not replacing the fuel-driven compressors with electrically-driven ones (oh yes they have!) or you have to explain this, which by self-admission did happen,

Texas Eastern Transmission (Tetco) declared a force majeure as a result of a loss of power at its Thomaston compressor station.

along with here.

And pumps use electricity, so they’re not even able to lift that gas and liquid, because there’s no power to produce.

Do read both in entirety, please.

  1. Man, I can't even hardly read that. It needs a whole bunch more contrast between the color of the letters and the back ground.

  2. Thanks, Phil! I'll get that cleaned up in a bit....right now working on a persnickity Remington 1100 that REFUSES (no matter how clean it is) to eject the spent shell. I'm thinking it's needing a new gas piston to go along with the new O ring I installed a couple weeks ago.

Anyway, I'll get it cleared up....I hope.
